Double Celebration for Crocus Homecare
Crocus Homecare, the Bakewell based care agency, has two reasons to be in celebratory mood this month. For the third year in a row, Crocus Homecare has been judged by the Care Quality Commission to meet all the quality standards required for providing social care.
Crocus Homecare Manager, Debbie Crowhurst, said “we are delighted to have met the all the CQC’s expectations for the third consecutive year, and most importantly, that our customers, whose views were sought, were so full of praise for what we do.”
She added “Our customers, and their families, appreciate our approach to providing care, and the reassurance we offer. Our customers always have the same carer, or carers, and we think this makes a huge difference. We like to think our approach is different, a little bit special. ”
Crocus is also celebrating the launch of its new website. Debbie said “We believe the new website clearly reflects our services and how we can help people, as well as the high standards we seek to achieve.
